The customer is a well established and practising family medicine doctor with over 15+ years of experience in this field. He has been running his own private practice for many years but has struggled with the maintenance and management of an ordinary medical practice, trying to keep up with the daily flood of voicemails.
INNVONIX created the DOCTORAY platform to solve patient problems, beginning with online appointment booking, and we haven’t stopped building since.
